1. No Refunds for Digital Products
All digital purchases made on https://astrology.draftswork.shop/ are non-refundable.
Once a tarot eBook or digital file (PDF) has been:
- Delivered via email, or
- Accessed/downloaded
…it is considered used and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances.
2. Instant Delivery
Our digital tarot products are sent instantly via email after successful payment.
If you do not receive your eBooks within 15–30 minutes, please:
- Check your Spam / Junk / Promotions folder
- Ensure the email you entered is correct
- Contact us at astrologydrafts@gmail.com
We will resend your files if needed.
3. Incorrect or Incomplete Files
If you receive:
- The wrong file
- A broken or inaccessible download link
We will replace the file(s) at no extra cost.
Please notify us within 7 days of purchase.
4. Duplicate Purchase
If you accidentally purchase the same product twice using the same email address:
- Contact us immediately
- We will verify the duplicate order
- A partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion
5. Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits if you:
- Change your mind
- Decide you no longer want the product
- Expected something different after purchase
Digital products cannot be “returned,” so refunds for such reasons are not possible.
6. Physical Product Returns (Currently Paused)
We normally accept returns for physical tarot books only if the item arrives damaged or incorrect, and only within 7 days of delivery.
However, please note:

Only digital eBooks are available at this time.
Since no physical orders are being taken right now, physical return policies do not apply at the moment.
